To provide a bag-shaped cleaning tool capable of easily and quickly wiping off dust and moisture from all-shaped surfaces by forming water absorptive elastic materials in a bag shape so as to form a space to insert a palm, and covering surfaces of the water absorptive elastic materials with water absorptive protective materials.

The peripheral edges of almost same-size and same-shape plate- like water absorptive elastic materials 2a and 2a are formed in a bag shape by thermoicompression bonding, and the inside of this bag-shaped water absorptive elastic material 2 is formed in the size with which a hand of a user can be directly inserted. The upper and under surface side water absorptive elastic materials 2a and 2a are formed of, for example, a water absorptive and resilient sponge of a plate material cut in a prescribed shape, and its surfaces are covered with protective materials 3. These protective materials 3 are arranged so that abrasion and rupture can be checked and a stain can be chipped off when the water absorptive elastic materials 2a are used. The opening edges 6 and 6 of this bag-shaped cleaning tool 1 are made narrow, and are made to hook on a wrist part of an operator, and slipping-out of a hand from the bag-shaped cleaning tool 1 is prevented.
