The bag 1 with the fitting device includes a bag body 10 having a pair of flat portions 11, 12, the fitting device 20 having a protruded male fitting device 21 provided on the outer face 11a of the flat portion 11 and the female fitting device 22 provided on the outer face 12a of the flap portion 12, and a first folding assistance portion 31 and a second folding assistance portion 32, wherein using the first folding assistance portion 31 and the second folding assistance portion 32, the upper part side of the bag body 10 is folded so that the outer face 11a of the flat portion 11 and the outer face 12a of the flat portion 12 are faced to each other, and the protruded male fitting device 21 and the female fitting device 22 are fited to close the opening formed in the upper part of the bag body 10.
