The baggage fixing net 30 is housed inside of an arm rest, 20 which is housed the recessed place 13 of a seat back 12 and used by pulling out, in the state capable of freely pulling out. The net 30 is fixed to a retractor 40 spring-energized in a winding direction. A lid 50 fitting to a net taking out port 21 on the upper surface of the armrest 20 is fixed to the pulling-out tip of the net 30.
