Abstract:

To provide a bakery product for which a complicated pattern is easily generated and which can be easily cut at the boundary of different dough without using a knife, etc., by overlapping dough of mutually different specific gravities and baking it.

The objective product is obtained by placing the dough of high specific gravity being 0.8 to 1.2 such as the dough of cookies on the dough of a low specific gravity being 0.3 to 0.8 such as the dough of a Genoa cake and baking it. At this time the difference between the specific gravities of the dough of high and low ones is desirably about 0.3 to 0.9 and the thickness of the dough of low specific gravity is desirably 5 to 20mm.
