PURPOSE: To prepare a packed and baked cake, having high storability and openability, by wrapping the dough of a cake with a heat-resistant plastic film to a tubular form, heat-sealing both ends of the tube, and baking the packed dough.

CONSTITUTION: Dough 3 is placed on a polyester film 1 which is at least partly laminated with a heat-sealable film and bean jam 4 is placed at the central part of the dough 4. The polyester film 1 is cut leaving a margin between the dough 3, and rolled from its one end wrapping the dough 3. The edges of the film are folded facing their inner faces each other. The both ends of the tube are sealed with a heat bar 5, and the dough is baked in an oven.
