Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, in the conventional kiln, a subtle hue with the lapse of a secular change (fading type color unevenness) has not been intentionally produced by one firing, it is considered that the cause lies in the structure of the kiln and the conventional firing technique of a kiln-tone-change, then, to establish a firing technique and to develop and expand a kiln-tone-changed tile suiting market needs in this inventions.SOLUTION: Provided is a structure of a kiln for a kiln-tone-changed tile where, in a kiln in which a first injection hole of an air suction pipe below an outer bottom face of a kiln provided with a door is opened to an inner bottom face, a wall of the kiln is additionally provided with a raw gas feed pipe and a burner for firing, second and third injection holes are opened to the space of the kiln, an exhaust port for combustion air/combustion gas of the kiln is opened to either part of the kiln, a ceiling of the kiln is additionally provided with piping for smoking gas, and a fourth injection hole of the piping is opened to the space of the kiln, the feed of the raw gas and the feed of hot wind to the kiln are made almost the same.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1-1
