Abstract:
In some embodiments of the present invention, a baking setter for firing is provided, by which peeling of a coating layer can be suppressed. The baking setter for firing is provided with a base material containing SiC (Silicon Carbide) and Si (Silicon) as main components; and a coating layer containing a Zr (Zirconium) compound and an Al (Aluminum) compound as main components, and covering the surface of the base material. In the baking setter for firing, the bonding area of the base material and the coating layer is from 20% to 80% with respect to the area of the surface of the base material.
