Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, even while a voltage between power storage cells is being corrected, SOC between the power storage cells may be varied.SOLUTION: A balance correction control device is configured to control a balance correction device for correcting the balance between voltages of a first power storage cell and a second power storage cell which are connected in series, on the basis of SOC setting conditions of the first power storage cell and the second power storage cell. The balance correction control device includes: a battery property acquisition section for acquiring at least one battery property selected from among the deterioration state, battery capacity and temperature of each of the first power storage cell and the second power storage cell; and a setting condition determination section for determining the SOC setting condition of each of the first power storage cell and the second power storage cell on the basis of the at least one battery property acquired by the battery property acquisition section.
