Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device that can easily determine similarly to a physical fitness examination test established as a general method for evaluating physical fitness, and can easily measure exercise capacity such as agility and equilibrium.
SOLUTION: The device measures a balance position of a subject, displays a target as a target for balance movement together with the balance position to urge a quick balance movement, measures time before the movement and time before stabilization of the balance position, and computes an index of and a score on exercise capacity from each measured time and physical information on the subject. The same evaluation as by a physical fitness examination test is easily obtained.
