Abstract:
PURPOSE:To achieve a better response characteristic even though a stopper is provided to restrict a movement range of a movable section narrowly by increasing an integration constant among PID constants when the moving section abuts or approaches the stopper. CONSTITUTION:A displacement of a moving section 12 in a balance mechanism section 1 is detected with a displacement sensor 14 and a displacement detection output thereof is inputted into a buffer 4 via a PID control circuit 3 after amplified. The buffer 4 makes current corresponding to the input flow to a force coil 13 to put the displacement of the mobile section 12 back to zero. The current flowing through the coil 13 at this moment is made to flow through a resistor 5, a voltage across both ends thereof is introduced into an A/D converter 7 through a filter 6 and then, a measured value thereof is calculated and displayed. A displacement range of the movable section 12 is restricted by a stopper 8. The displacement that just allows the movable section 12 to abut or approach the stopper 8 is detected by an output of a comparator 9. Under this condition of detection, an integration constant is enhanced among the constants of the circuit 3. As a result, a feeding back force increases quickly to achieve a balance fast.
