CONSTITUTION: A transfer film 9 in which a pattern is printed by means of screen printing, which is performed by ink containing sublimable dye and pigment, on a film base material 10 is superposed on a leather surface, and then, heat and pressure are applied. The pigment in the transfer film 9 is fixed on the leather surface, while the dye is sublimated so as to penetrate into the leather. In this way, multicolored precise printing, for example, gradation printing in which color is gradually varied can be carried out.
