PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle wiper device which can inhibit deterioration of sealability.SOLUTION: A case 41 has: housing parts 43 which partially open, house ball parts 33, 34, and slidably contact with the ball parts 33, 34; lip parts 44, each of which extends from the opening 43a side of the housing part 43; seal walls 45, each of which extends along an extension direction of the lip part 44 at the radial outer side of the lip part 44 and encloses the lip part; and fitting parts 46 which are fitted in link rods 22, 23. Each seal wall 45 includes a boot fixing part 45a, in which a base end part of a boot 51 is fixed, on an outer peripheral surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
