Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make so that a disc member is not pressed up by forming an annular recessing part on the circumferential edge on a mandrel side in the disc member and receiving a mass increasing part generating on the inside face inside the annular recessing part of the mandrel when a tube is bent.
SOLUTION: A ball mandrel M of a tube bending device is inserted in a tube when bending the tube. In this ball mandrel M, a 1st disc member 50 is connected to the top end face of the mandrel body 10 through a ball joint 40, and a 2nd disc member 60 is connected to the fore face of this 1st disc member 50 through a ball joint. Then, because the cross-section face of an annular recessing part 51 formed on the circumferential edge of the mandrel body 10 side on the side face of the 1st disc member 50 is made in a curved projection like, even if a mass increasing part 30 is generated on the inside face when bending a tube P, this mass increasing part 30 is received in the annular recessing part 51 of the 1st disc member 50.
