Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball removing mechanism which can effectively prevent the scattering of the game balls as caused by the erroneous operations while creating the game environment easily handleable and comfortable both for the players and the game facilities.
SOLUTION: In the ball removing mechanism BM1, a lower ball tray component 20 built protruding on the front of a game machine PM is provided with a lower ball tray 23 which is opened upward to store the game balls put out of the game machine, a valve body which is disposed on the back side of a ball removing port and made displaceable horizontally to open or close the ball removing port, an operation member for the operation of displacing the valve body, a housing recessed part 60 which is provided on the left of the lower ball tray 23 to detachably house and hold a box-like ashtray 50 with the top surface opened and a section wall 64 which is formed protruding upward above the top surface of the opening of the lower ball tray 23 between the ball tray and the ashtray 50. An operating part 135 of the operation member is disposed on the section wall 64 and made operable by sliding longitudinally and when the operating part 135 is operated by sliding, the valve body is displaced horizontally to open or close the ball removing port.
