Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball screw mechanism which makes an influence of collision energy received by a stopper hardly exerted on a ball screw.SOLUTION: A ball screw mechanism comprises: a screw shaft having a spiral screw groove at an external peripheral face; a nut having a screw groove which opposes the screw groove of the screw shaft at an internal peripheral face; a plurality of balls which are rollingly arranged in a spiral ball rolling path which is formed of both the screw grooves of the screw shaft and the nut; a ball circulation path which is formed in the nut, and circulates and returns the balls to a starting point from a terminal point of the ball rolling path. At an internal peripheral part, a flange part which is fit to a protrusion of the nut is arranged at a tip, a cylindrical stopper into which the screw shaft is inserted is arranged at least at one end of the screw shaft, a collision absorption member is arranged at the tip, and the tip and the collision absorption member are fixed to each other with an adhesive.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
