Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a bamboo fiber reinforced resin molded product excellent in durability being the important element of the molded product by effectively putting the excellent capacity possessed by a bamboo material to practical use.
CONSTITUTION: A bamboo fiber reinforced resin molded product is prepared by the compression heating molding of a mixture of, 40-95wt.% of a bamboo fiber obtained by coarsely grinding a bamboo material by a rolling device and subsequently coarsely opening the ground fiber by a rag opener or a bamboo fiber obtained by further finely fibrilating the open fiber by a turbo mill and having a mean diameter of 0.01-2mm and mean length of 10-30mm and 5-60wt.% of a modified melamine resin.
