Abstract:
To provide a method for manufacturing a bamboo tableware in which a natural bamboo can be used as one solution to a waste plastic problem, and which can be used very safely without using preservative agent and so on.SOLUTION: The present invention includes: a cutting step for cutting the bamboo P by 10-25 cm in a bamboo-cylinder shape; a cutting-out step for cutting out a plate material P1 having 1-1.5 mm in thickness by contacting a cutting blade R onto a trunk part of the bamboo P; a heat sterilizing step for thermally sterilizing the plate material P1 in a heat furnace S; an embossing step for decorating the tableware 10 by embossing the sterilized plate material P1 by a press machine Q; and a drying step for drying by irradiating ultrasonic wave and ultraviolet ray to the tableware 10 to about 6-7% of water content.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
