PURPOSE: To excellently stick new and old bands by supplying a new band and a band to be terminated from a band roll of a delivery device to a band changing machine, putting the bands together, guiding the bands to a pressure roller device so as to be a V-shape downward from the top and connecting the band to be terminated and the new band into one.

CONSTITUTION: A band changing device 1 includes a band changing machine 2 as a center part adjacently to delivery devices 3, 4 and installs the delivery devices 3, 4 by separating the devices 3, 4 each other. Next, a new band 5 and a band to be terminated 6 are supplied to the band changing machine 2 from band rolls 7, 8 of the delivery devices 3, 4, are put together at the band changing machine 2, are guided to a pressure roller device 9 so as to be a V-shape downward from the top, and the band to be terminated 6 at the device 9 and the new band 5 are connected into one.
