To solve problems that an expandable band is inconvenient for attaching and that it requires heavy work, in an anti-skid tool for a tire having a non-metallic band-like anti-skid tool main body windable around an outer circumference of the tire, a non-expandable inside fastening cord held in a width-directional inside of the anti-skid tool main body while contacting therealong, and a ring-like expandable band provided to draw a width-directional outside of the anti-skid tool main body near toward a tire center side when the anti-skid tool main body is wound around an outer circumference of the tire.
