A band gap voltage reference circuit comprises a first circuit for supplying first voltage proportional to Vbe of a first bipolar transistor; a second circuit for supplying second voltage Vbe proportional to a difference between the two ΔVbe voltages of two bipolar transistors; and a comparator with the respective inputs connected to Vbe and ΔVbe and outputs connected to a base of the first bipolar transistor. Thus, a constant is multiplied with Vbe and ΔVbe to be able to supply voltage proportional to each sum from the output of the comparator.
