Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new structured band saw wherein a saw tooth and a tooth bottom are favorably reinforced by simple processing, and making a long life of the saw tooth and securing cutting precision for a long period of time in its turn can be usefully realized.
SOLUTION: A strength and a rigidity near a saw tooth bottom line 28 are increased by slanting an edge part 14 of the saw blade 12 and the saw tooth 16 to an inner peripheral side of the saw blade 12 by incurvating the vicinity 28 of a tooth bottom line of the saw blade 12 in an endless band saw 10 having many saw teeth 16 over the whole periphery of one edge part 14 in the saw blade 12, and the strength and the rigidity in the edge part 14 of the saw blade 12, and the tooth bottom and the saw tooth 16 in its turn, are increased.
