PURPOSE: To obtain a cushiony car sheet from which material can be economically reused by using the same material in the whole of the band-shaped cover cloth and weaving the cloth so as to form a cushioning layer between a base cloth and a lining cloth.

CONSTITUTION: By using a double plush loom, a cycle, in which pile yarn 4 is made to cross three wefts 9 in upper texture 2 and then is made to cross one warp 9 in lower texture 3 to afford W-shaped weaving, is repeated to execute 6/3 weaving. The upper texture 2 and the lower texture 3 respectively have the base cloth 6 comprising the warps 8 and the wefts 9 and the lining cloth 7 disposed at some interval therebetween. Further a space 12 therebetween is filled with woofs 14 for filling-up and the base cloth 6 and the lining cloth 7 are connected with each other by yarn 13 running in a V-shape to form the cushioning layer. At the end of the weaving process, the upper texture 2 and the lower texture 3 are cut-off and separated via a fixed blade 5 to obtain the band-shaped cover cloth. Each yarn 4, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13, 14 is made of the same material.
