Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To weaken the subordinate relation of between a resonance frequency and a non-load Q and to individually design them by connecting an outer connection means to a dielectric resonator, which is arranged in a shielding concave having conductivity and in which electrodes are formed on two confronting faces.
SOLUTION: Silver electrodes 18 are formed on the two confronting faces of dielectric resonators 12a. A signal inputted from an outer connector 14 flows to outer connection means 13, and capacity is generated between the outer connection means 13 and the dielectric resonator 12, and it is resonated by a resonance frequency which an area in a cross section parallel to the silver electrodes 18 of the dielectric resonator 12a regulates. The degree of connection is decided by the confronting areas and their distances. The degree of connection can be adjusted by changing the lengths and the arranging the places of the outer connection means 13. A dielectric filter for stopping a wide band by strengthening the degree of connection can be changed for a dielectric filter stopping a narrow band by weakening the degree of connection.
