Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the detecting accuracy of a banking amount.
CONSTITUTION: The bank controller of a calender 1 is provided with a supplying means 2, cutting rubber kneaded by a feed mill 12 by knives 13, 14 and supplying the rubber to the banking sections 8, 9 of the calender 1, measuring means 18, 19, measuring the banking amounts of the banking sections 8, 9 of the calender 1, and a control means 20, controlling the banking amount so as to be the optimum value based on the measuring results of the measuring means 18, 19.
