Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a banner which prevents the skirt part in the lower part of slender cloth displaying an advertisement from being wrapped around a column or being hooked by this column or from flapping in spite of strong storm.
CONSTITUTION: This banner 10 is formed by passing the column 13 into hanging cords 12 of the slender cloth 11. The banner is constituted by providing the slender cloth 11 with a bag 16 in its lower part and inserting a bar-shaped material 17 into this bag 16.
