To provide a bar element delivery container which can be used to an appropriate length by a user, encased by a specified length by a retraction mechanism fitted at the rear of a barrel during not using the container and set to the change from a projecting position to a retracted position (an encased position) by a simple manipulation, and also set reversely from the retracted position to the projecting position.

This bar element delivery container is constituted of the barrel consisting of a forward barrel section and a rear barrel section which are connected with each other in a relatively rotating manner, and further, an intermediate barrel which can be moved back and forth by the retraction mechanism, although irrotational, inside the barrel. In addition, a delivery bar is arranged irrotationally to the forward barrel, although the former is screwed to the intermediate barrel, and a bar element is detachably fitted to the delivery bar. Besides, the intermediate barrel is urged backward by a spring member.
