Two front grooves 2C are formed on the front section of a hole 2B which is formed on the internal cylinder 2 in a manner to be confronted with each other. At the same time, rear grooves 2E which extend backward by being extended from the front grooves 2C are formed to be confronted with each other. In addition, the width of the rear groove 2E is formed to be larger than the width of the front groove 2C. Also, the raised sections 3B are formed at relative positions of the slider 3, and the width of the raised sections 3B is formed to be smaller than the width of the rear groove 2E of the internal cylinder 2, and larger than the width of the front groove 2C of the internal cylinder 2.
