Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent a so-called lag phenomenon when using bar-shaped cosmetics and to enlarge the allowable range of dimensional error of a cosmetics cylinder having a female screw cylinder at the same time, concerning the bar-shaped cosmetics-let out vessel provided to vertically move a bar-shaped cosmetics-mounting cylinder so as to be fitted into a guide cylinder by turning a main cylinder lower part corresponding to the female screw cylinder turnably fitted onto the outer face of the guide cylinder formed by the upper part of the main cylinder.
CONSTITUTION: A basic cylinder part 2 with a small outer diameter is suspended from the lower end of a guide cylinder 4 at the vessel, and plural elastic pieces 11 are protruded from the outer periphery of the lower end of the guide cylinder or from the upper part of the basic cylinder part obliquely downward to the outside. Then, an engaging rib 12 is added on the outer face of that lower end part, and the lower part of a cosmetics cylinder 16 integrally and fixedly fitted onto the outer face of the female screw cylinder is fitted onto the outer face of the lower part of the elastic pieces against its elasticity and fixed to the basic cylinder part 2. Afterwards, the lower part of the cosmetics cylinder 16 is turnably fitted from the peripheral edge of a bottom wall 26 onto the inner face of the peripheral wall of a knob cylinder 25 for raising a peripheral wall 27.
