A stock conveyer 15 continuing to the aligning conveyer 8 is provided in a stock part 4, and a partition plate 13 having a cutout is provided between the aligning part 3 and the stock part 4. The work W charged in the aligning part in an offhand manner is slued by the rotation of the rotary drum 5 and the side chain 10, received in the space between the rotary drums 5 and conveyed on the aligning conveyer 8 while being aligned. The work W conveyed by the aligning conveyer 8 is transferred to the stock part 4 through the cutout of the partition plate 13, and aligned on the stock conveyer 15. The miniaturization and noise reduction can be achieved by reducing an impact due to the drop of the work W.
