Abstract:
To improve efficiency of polishing.SOLUTION: A barrel polishing device 1 comprises: a barrel tank 10 comprising, a bottom part 11 and a wall part 12 formed in a cylindrical shape and erected from the bottom part 11, and storing abrasive grains 60 at inside of the wall part 12; a barrel tank rotation device 20 for rotating the barrel tank 10 with a cylindrical center of a cylindrical shape being a shape of the wall part 12, as a barrel tank rotation center CB being a rotation center of the barrel tank 10; and a plurality of support members 30 which makes a workpiece 70 insert into the abrasive grains 60 stored in the barrel tank 10 for supporting the workpiece 70, and rotates around a support member rotation center CS being a rotation center which is almost parallel to the barrel tank rotation center CB. The barrel tank 10 relatively rotates to the workpiece 70 which is supported by the support members 30, and the plurality of support members 30 supports the workpiece 70 in an eccentric state of the workpiece, to the rotation center CS of the support members 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
