Abstract:
To provide a method for easily repairing a chip defect of a barrier rib.
A paste-like barrier rib material is injected in a region including a chip defect produced in a strip-like barrier ribs formed on a substrate, the excessive paste-like barrier rib material overspread to the grooves on both sides of a barrier rib 1 having the chip defect is removed, and the barrier rib 1 in the region including the chip defect is shaped, followed by predetermined drying, baking and polishing, to repaire the barrier rib 1 in the region including the chip defect.
