PURPOSE: To obtain a base fabric coated with resin which has good abrasion resistance, break resistance and flexibility and is easy to process and melt by a high-frequency welder, by forming said base fabric of a coating layer having at least a surface layer made of an EVA containing a low vinyl acetate and an inner layer made of an EVA containing a high vinyl acetate.
CONSTITUTION: The base fabric is formed of a coating layer having at least a surface layer made of an EVA containing 5-15 weight % of vinyl acetate and an inner layer made of an EVA containing 18-30 weight % of vinyl acetate. A coating layer 2 is so laminated as to sandwich a woven cloth 1 therebetween. It is preferable that the coating layer 2 is laminated while it is in a molten state. The coating layer 2 is made of a surface layer 3 of an EVA containing a VA and an inner layer 4 of an EVA containing a high VA. The coating layer 2 is formed in the molten state by an extrusion laminator, etc.
