Abstract:
To obtain a base for dry direct compressing, having high affinity for hydroxypropylcellulose having a low substitution degree to be used as a binder and a disintegrator in molding a tablet and high fluidity.
This base for dry direct compressing is obtained by impregnating a saccharide or a sugar alcohol into hydroxypropylecellulose having a low substitution degree and drying the hydroxypropylcellulose.
