Title:
BASE FOR ELECTRONIC PART
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0935951
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To prevent a large abnormal sound during electrification by forming three leg sections shorter than lead terminals on one side of a base body and forming a mounting section, on which an electronic part body is mounted, on the other side.

Three leg sections 10g are projected and formed on the lower side of a base body 10 respectively. Hemispherical small projections 10h are projected and formed at the front ends of the leg sections 10g. Five lead terminals 12 having length in an extent slightly longer than the double of the length of the leg sections 10g are planted downwards on the lower side of the base body 10. Four lead terminals 12 in five lead terminals 12 are planted at places positioned at each apex of a square in the central region of the base body 10 respectively, and residual one lead terminal 12 is planted near one leg section 10a for positioning. A main body is mounted on the base 10 for an electronic part, and fixed on a flat section on the surface side of a guide projection 10a with adhesive on the upper side of the base body 10. The end section of a coil in the main body is passed through a kerf 10f, bound near the base end sections of the lead terminals 12, and fastened with solder.
