Abstract:
To provide a gas barrier film which can avoid defects such as the damage of gas barrier properties or the like caused by deformation due to heating or moisture absorption; and a display using the same.
This gas barrier film is prepared by forming a thin film layer 4 on a base film 2, if necessary via a primer layer 3. The base film has the coefficient of thermal expansion of 50 ppm/°C and/or the coefficient of humidity expansion of 10 ppm/%RH and a glass transition point of 150°C or higher.
