Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a base injection molding die for increasing the filling density of a molded body to improve the birefringence accuracy and also improve the accuracy of center hole processing.
CONSTITUTION: An optical disk base injection molding die is molded by injecting resin into a cavity formed by two molds of a disk-shaped base as a medium for recording the information, and is composed of a fixed side assembly, a movable side assembly, molds and a driving means for accessory parts. The fixed side assembly comprises a fixed side platen 84, a fixed side base plate 41, a cylindrical fixed side support component 42 and a fixed side disk mold 43. The movable side assembly comprises a movable side platen 86, a movable side base plate 50, a cylindrical movable side support component 51, a guide component 62 and movable side disk molds 52 and 67. The driving means comprises a hydraulic cylinder and the like.
