Title:
BASE ISOLATION SLIDE BEARING FOR BASE-ISOLATED BUILDING
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2016017297
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base isolation slide bearing for a base-isolated building that prevents mutual dislocation of upper and lower sliding members during transport, handling and construction, and eliminates the need on treatment after completion.SOLUTION: A base isolation slide bearing 1 for a base-isolated building includes a lower sliding member 3 installed on a substructure of the base-isolated building, and an upper sliding member 2 overlapped on the lower sliding member 3 in a way that allows relative sliding and connected to a superstructure of the building. A non-slip sheet 5 is provided for preventing relative sliding of the upper and lower sliding members 2, 3, the non-slip sheet being bonded along side surfaces of the upper and lower sliding members 2, 3. The non-slip sheet 5 has a fragile part that is more fragile than other parts, along a sliding contact surface where the upper and lower sliding members 2, 3 relatively slide. When a seismic force is exerted, the non-slip sheet 5 breaks at the fragile part due to relative sliding of the upper and lower sliding members 2, 3. The fragile part is a perforation 6, for example.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
