Abstract:
To provide a substrate for a foamed heat insulation paper container having reduced peel formation at a seam part, improved top curling workability on manufacturing of a foamed heat insulation paper container and improving productivity of a paper container, a sheet for foamed heat insulation paper container using the same, a foamed heat insulation paper container and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: The substrate for a foamed heat insulation paper container comprises a paper substrate containing a cellulose pulp as the main component and a water-soluble resin layer provided at least one surface of the paper substrate, wherein the substrate for a foamed heat insulation paper container is characterized by that the paper substrate is composed of a pulp layer of 3 layers or over, the interlaminar strength of the substrate for a foamed heat insulation paper container obtained by measuring with an internal bond tester is 530 J/m2 or over, and when the average value of the basis weights of the outermost layers on the front and back side of the paper substrate is shown as W1 and the average value of the basis weights of the first inner layers located right inside of the front and back side of the outermost layers is shown as W2, W1/W2=1.2-2.4 is satisfied.SELECTED DRAWING: None
