Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base panel unit for an artificial culture bed, capable of being simply set to the verandah of a building, etc., in a good received state.
SOLUTION: This base panel unit A for an artificial culture bed is formed by assembling unit bases 2 having connection ribs 3 on the outer peripheries, respectively, to form an assembled resin base 1 having a size based on the standard size of a building, filling the depressed portions of the assembled resin base with perlite, and subsequently covering the assembled resin base with a water-permeable filter 9. The assembled resin bases 1 and the unit bases 2 separated from the assembled resin bases are combined and spread on a verandah, etc., followed by loading an artificial soil on the spread assembled resin bases to form an artificial culture bed.
