Abstract:
To flexibly allocate PUCCH resources at the time of initial access.SOLUTION: In a base station 100, a control unit 101 determines one set out of multiple sets each of which includes a candidate of PUCCH resource for the time of initial access and determines one candidate out of the resource candidates included in the determined set. A transmission unit 114 notifies a terminal 200 of the determined set by signaling via the upper layer and notifies the terminal 200 of the determined candidate by dynamic signaling. A reception unit 116 receives an uplink control signal by using a resource corresponding to the determined candidate in the determined set. The association of multiple sets with values notified of by the higher layer signaling is set for each parameter related to the initial access.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
