Abstract:

PURPOSE: To enable the position of a through hole for fixing a base to be touched even in a state where a hinge is mounted to the base.

CONSTITUTION: A base 10 consists of a first plate type element 11 that is fixed to one portion of furniture and a second element 12 that is mounted onto a wing 13. The plate element 11 is generally formed in a cross with countersunk holes 14 and 15 for screwing itself to one portion of the furniture. A seat 17 is located between holes, and the second element 12 is screwed into it. A housing 19 is located at the lower portion of the second element 12, and the first element 11 is mounted to the inside with uniform transverse clearance, thus appropriately adjusting the transverse position of the second element 12.
