PURPOSE: To easily fix a household stuff in an earthquakeproof measure by a method wherein a baseboard-attaching member fixed to a core part of a building on a position where a baseboard is attached, and the baseboard main body to be attached to the baseboard-attaching member are provided.
CONSTITUTION: A baseboard-attaching member 3 is undetachably fixed with nails 10 and anti-slippaga wood plugs 11 to a reinforced concrete core part 2 of a building on a position 1 where a baseboard is attached, and the baseboard main body is detachably attached to the baseboard-attaching member 3. The baseboard main body on a position where a household stuff 6 is installed in a building is detached, and the baseboard main body is partially cut out in a length corresponding to the width of the household stuff 6 with the baseboard-attaching member 3 partially exposed. Then, a support piece 5 is attached to the exposed part of the baseboard-attaching member. A holding fixture 7 is attached to the underside on the rear part of the household stuff 6, and the household stuff 6 is slid over the floor surface and a tongue- like engaging part 27 is held with a rise-preventing part 16. After the holding is confirmed, a male screw 28 for preventing forward slippage is screwed down, and the front end thereof is inserted behind a forward slippage-preventing part 12, and thereby the household stuff 6 is fixed.
