PURPOSE: To provide basket locking structure for a ski stock capable of reducing burden on a wrist, an elbow and the shoulder, etc., by relieving an impact force transmitted from a stock to the arm of a skier.

CONSTITUTION: This structure is formed in such a way that two locking members 106, 108 are arranged fixedly on the lower part of the shaft 102 of the ski stock at a prescribed interval in a vertical direction, and a basket 110 is inserted between the two members 106, 108 movably vertically with respect to the shaft 102, and an elastic member 112 which presses the basket 110 against the lower side of the member 108 by pressing the basket 110 downward is interposed between the basket 110 and the upper side of the member 106. In such a way, the impact force (reaction force) from a snow surface applied to the basket 110 when the stock is stuck on the snow surface is relieved with the elastic member 112.
