Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a batch type bark peeling machine capable of peeling a bark without leaving unpeeled portion of a raw wood and preventing damage to a wooden part with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A batch type bark peeling machine 1 comprises a raw wood container 53 having a raw wood receiving port 55 for receiving a raw wood and a raw wood discharge port for discharging raw wood with its bark peeled, the two ports being openable and closable, and a rotor having a bark peeling plate rotatably arranged in said raw wood container. The bark peeling machine 1 removes a bark peeling patch by moving said raw wood in an axial direction of said rotor by altering an inclination angle of said rotor during operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
