Abstract:
To easily perform the fitting operation of a treatment table.SOLUTION: A treatment table to be mounted with an object to be treated is detachable with respect to a lift floor of a heat treatment furnace body. Upon stop of the treatment table from a state of being rotated at a velocity v1 in a normal rotation direction, at first, when a detection signal is output from a position sensor (YES in S12), when the treatment table is further rotated in a normal rotation direction in a state where the detection signal is output to stop the output detection signal (YES in S14), the rotation of the treatment is stopped (S16). Next, the treatment table is rotated at a velocity V2 in a reverse rotation direction (S18), and when the detection signal is output from the position sensor (YES in S20), the rotation in the reverse rotation direction of the treatment table is stopped (S22).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
