Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a compact bath heater which can be transported easily while ensuring strength by assembling a burner into a storage water heater body mounted on the bottom plate of an exterior case through a frame and constructing the frame of spaced side plates and a top plate mounted thereon.
SOLUTION: A frame 70 is set on the bottom plate 54 of an exterior case 56 a storage water heater body assembled sideways with a fan 7 and a burner 6 is mounted on the frame 70. The frame 70 is constructed of U-shaped side plates 72 standing oppositely while being spaced and a top plate 71 mounted thereon and secured to the bottom plate 54 through an inner flange part 73. The side plates 72 are stood at the opposite ends of the bottom plate 54 in the short side direction and tightened to the case 56 by means of screws 74 thus reinforcing the frame 70 and the case 56. A supply pipe 35 and a return pipe 32 to be coupled with a bathtub are contained, while being supported, in the inner space of the frame 70.
