PURPOSE: To prevent the space of a living room from being decreased by a living facility, by slidably disposing a cabinet body in an aperture which is formed in a bath room side wall so as to communicate between the bath room and the living room, and by closing the clearance between the aperture and the cabinet in a liquid-tight manner.
CONSTITUTION: In a bath room unit A, an aperture 9 communicating between a bath room A' and a passageway F2 is formed in an opening part 8 formed in a side wall A1 part on the passageway F2 side, and a cabinet body 20 is fitted in the aperture 9, slidably in both directions toward the bath room A' and the passageway F2. Further, a seal member 30 is disposed between the aperture 9 and the cabinet 10, and the use of a kitchen facility B and a closet 29 is free by using the passageway F2. If the cabinet body 20 is pulled toward the passageway F2, the cabinet body 20 is projected into the passageway F2 due to the rotation of feed rollers 13, 16, and accordingly, the use of a bath or shower becomes free by using a bath tub or the washing area 10.
