To provide a bathroom disinfection system which permits water to be saved by using bathtub water, which can prevent coarse waste such as hairs from causing a malfunction by adhering to a pump and a disinfection device.

The bathroom disinfection system includes a conduit guiding bathtub water to a spraying section, a pump, a disinfection device, a detachable strainer, a detachment and attachment sensing means capable of sensing attachment or detachment of the strainer, and a control device capable of controlling the pump and the disinfection device by sensing information of the attachment and detachment sensing means. When the attachment and detachment sensing means senses the removal of the strainer, the system prohibits the pump and the disinfection device from being driven.
