To improve strength by providing a supporting hardware with a holding part for fixing a counter holding member orthogonally on the rear surface of a wall panel a counter is fixed to, supporting its upper tip part to the ceiling part of a bathroom unit and contact-fixing the whole surface to the rear surface of the wall panel.

At the time of fixing a shelf-like counter at a bathroom unit, the counter is fixed through the use of the counter holding member 10 fixed orthogonally with the wall panel making a part of the bathroom unit. Then the supporting hardware 11 is prepared for rigidly supporting this member 10 and the upper tip part 11a of the hardware 11 is fixed to the upper tip part 7a of the panel 7 fixed to the ceiling of the bathroom unit with a screw 12. In addition, the member 10 is fasten-fixed with a fixing washer 13a and a nut 13b through the holding part 11b the member 10 is orthogonally fixed to and fixing hole 7b provided at the panel 7 to contact-hold the whole surface of the hardware 11 to the rear surface of the panel 7.
