To obtain a compact bathroom heater/dryer having high thermal efficiency which can be installed in a limited place.

The bathroom heater/dryer comprises a housing 21, an air supply fan 13 having a suction part 13a in the center and a delivery part 13b on the periphery disposed in the housing 21, a heat exchanger disposed below the air supply fan 13 while having a casing 15 on the periphery thereof, a burner 11 communicating with the heat exchanger, a ventilation fan having a suction part 16a and a delivery part 16b in the center, and a ventilation casing 18 covering the ventilation fan having a ventilation nose 24c opening toward the suction part and a delivery part 18a opening at a part thereof wherein the housing 21 is mounted on the outdoor wall face and opened into the bathroom through a duct. Baffle plates are provided between the housing 21 and the air supply fan 13 and between the ventilation fan and the heat exchanger, an air reservoir 26 is defined by the baffle plates and the housing 21 and the baffle plates are opened in the rear of the air supply fan 13 and the ventilation fan.
